Carolo Orlondon hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Aragón's goalkeeper Geronimo Casomiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abelardo Pietro. The supporters of Vargas AFC booed when Aragón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Vermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Roberto Baristo in the 37th minute really tested Geronimo Casomiro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Aragón's Geronimo Casomiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Pietro in the 40th minute of play. Vargas AFC's Abelardo Pietro got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abelardo Pietro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, Aragón's Emilio Enetz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iker Seber came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aragón reached it. In the 53rd match minute, Vargas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. Eulalio Ioritz's late challenge caught a Vargas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eulalio Ioritz helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Vargas AFC a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roberto Baristo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Aragón's Geronimo Casomiro. 3-0. Aragón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abelardo Pietro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Rodolfo Rameriz took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Casomiro. Geronimo Casomiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 80 played minutes Aragón got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Orlondon. After a rather tough play, Vargas AFC's Marcos Nataniel got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Aragón's Filiberto Seguinus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iker Seber. That made the score 5-1 after 89 minutes of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Abelardo Pietro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vargas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abelardo Pietro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Aragón getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Inocencio Crispo hit a great ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vargas AFC reached it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vargas AFC fully deserved thier win.
