In the 7th match minute, Garsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Oinatz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Lorenzo Rufo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grzegorz Majdoch was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Grzegorz Majdoch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Maurino in the 14th minute of play. Benjamin Oriol struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Cristo Behe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garsa. After a defensive mix-up in La Guardia Imperial's zone, Benjamin Oriol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Behe came out of the goal and Benjamin Oriol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Oriol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenzo Rufo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Grzegorz Majdoch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustacio Eguzki during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eustacio Eguzki hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The long shot by Tino Angenendt in the 84th minute really tested Cristo Behe's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Benjamin Oriol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Cristo Behe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 90th match minute, Garsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Francis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Rufo in the 94th minute of play forced Garsa's goalkeeper Grzegorz Majdoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute Dalmacio Claude managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Chants of Garsa echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as La Guardia Imperial had held the ball for most of the match.
