Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alejandro Checa started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Nabar in the 3rd minute of play forced Diablos Rojos's goalkeeper Anier Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauricio Orain during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Mataderos Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Orain to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Fabian Nabar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Diablos Rojos's Anier Guib. Anier Guib was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Fabian Nabar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anier Guib was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Anier Guib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Segio in the 26th minute of the match. Elias Colon struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Anier Guib didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mataderos Fútbol Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Checa in the 32nd minute of play forced Mataderos Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Delmiro Vincent to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Nabar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Guib having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Nabar in the 38th minute of play forced Diablos Rojos's goalkeeper Anier Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Bruno Gabirel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Fabian Nabar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anier Guib. Diablos Rojos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Nabar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabian Nabar to strike the kick off in the second half. Norberto Domiku kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Anier Guib made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Colon in the 53rd minute. Elias Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Anier Guib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Igor Ermengol fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mataderos Fútbol Club's protests and gave Igor Ermengol a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Mataderos Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Igor Ermengol. After a defensive mix-up in Mataderos Fútbol Club's zone, Blas Aresti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Vincent came out of the goal and Blas Aresti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Diablos Rojos's Anier Guib got control of the ball when Fabian Nabar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Fabian Nabar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Diablos Rojos's Anier Guib did a great save. Bruno Gabirel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 72 minutes, Elias Colon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mataderos Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Colon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Norberto Domiku kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Fabian Nabar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Norberto Domiku charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto Domiku the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mataderos Fútbol Club's Elias Colon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anier Guib. That made the score 0-4 after 88 minutes of play. Diablos Rojos's Anier Guib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Segio in the 92nd minute of play. Bruno Gabirel hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Mataderos Fútbol Club played a much better game than Diablos Rojos and deserved their victory. The Diablos Rojos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
