Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Modesto Viviano took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Valentin Dumitras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ayacucho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 6th match minute, El Ceibo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Clementsson to maneuver through the defense. El Ceibo FC's Ermegildo Moise proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save El Ceibo FC from getting a goal against them. Ioan Atanasiu came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by El Ceibo FC's Modesto Viviano. But to his dismay, Modesto Viviano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tadeu Madureira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ayacucho FC's Ioan Atanasiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Cerezo in the 28th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Tadeu Madureira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ermegildo Moise. Tadeu Madureira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The supporters of Ayacucho FC booed when El Ceibo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Gergori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Moise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeu Madureira in the 43rd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute, El Ceibo FC's Adriano Cerezo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Adriano Cerezo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ioan Atanasiu came out and tried to block the shot, but Adriano Cerezo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 58th minute. When Eloy Lluciano came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Ayacucho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Lluciano couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Eustaquio Santxol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Modesto Viviano struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Ioan Atanasiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Ceibo FC. Ioan Atanasiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute, Tadeu Madureira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ayacucho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. After a defensive mix-up in El Ceibo FC's zone, Tadeu Madureira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Moise came out of the goal and Tadeu Madureira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of El Ceibo FC booed when Ayacucho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Dumitras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ayacucho FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
