German Natanael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Mederi, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 29th minute Agustin Mederi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Natanael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lonquimay's German Natanael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Mederi in the 35th minute of play. German Natanael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Aureo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Tomás Rosio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of German Natanael. Lonquimay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Rosio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. German Natanael was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. German Natanael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Erramun, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Chorrillos FC's Jacobo Benat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Abarca in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Abarca to make the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Hugo Abarca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Benat. The referee showed Tomás Rosio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lonquimay booed when Chorrillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Erramun in the 88th minute of play forced Lonquimay's goalkeeper German Natanael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Benat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Piorno in the 94th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lonquimay had won after a very even match.
