After 14 played minutes Paladar Negro got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Olando. Constantino Ferdinand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Ganix having to interfere. Celso Ganix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Solustiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Game over's Cornelio Azubeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Quexal in the 31st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Evaristo Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Game over's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Ganix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Godfredo Olando was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 40 minutes had been played.
