Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aurelio Batista made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Estudiantes LP's zone, Aurelio Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Martxot came out of the goal and Aurelio Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Arano in the 5th minute of play forced Estudiantes LP's goalkeeper Eleuterio Martxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Fausto Ereinotz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naranjito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estudiantes LP the free kick. Estudiantes LP's Eleuterio Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Arano in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Humberto Guipuzkoa during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 22 minutes into the game, Naranjito's Aurelio Batista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eleuterio Martxot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Naranjito booed when Estudiantes LP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Guipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes, Naranjito's Placido Jakue shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eleuterio Martxot came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Naranjito reached it. Lino Tab was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 32nd minute Aurelio Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Martxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Mateus, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the Estudiantes LP defense, Esteban Arano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleuterio Martxot. The Estudiantes LP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleuterio Martxot should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Maria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Naranjito's Aurelio Batista slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eleuterio Martxot. That made the score 1-3 after 53 minutes of play. Aurelio Batista hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Mauricio Iraunkor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Maria's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Estudiantes LP's Valentin Maria got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Maria in the 61st minute of play forced Naranjito's goalkeeper Mauricio Iraunkor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Estudiantes LP's goalkeeper Eleuterio Martxot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Lluques. With a little luck, Estudiantes LP's Eleuterio Martxot got control of the ball when Esteban Arano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Esteban Arano took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eleuterio Martxot. Eleuterio Martxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Eleuterio Martxot was a little too slow when Aurelio Batista got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-5. With a little luck, Estudiantes LP's Eleuterio Martxot got control of the ball when Esteban Arano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lino Tab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Iraunkor having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Berasko in the 80th minute of play forced Naranjito's goalkeeper Mauricio Iraunkor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Mateus hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes, Estudiantes LP's Adrian Manuelo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauricio Iraunkor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Estudiantes LP reached it. Lino Tab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleuterio Martxot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteban Arano in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Fabricio Jayvier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estudiantes LP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Naranjito the free kick. Fabricio Jayvier kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The long shot by Placido Jakue in the 88th minute really tested Eleuterio Martxot's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Naranjito's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
