This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Miguel Lawrence as he didn't even see the shot coming. 47 minutes into the match, Xeneize's goalkeeper Miguel Lawrence had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vidal Amieva. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cecilio Reyes was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Marcial Macario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vidal Amieva was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Xeneize getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Marcos Federigo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Jonatan Rolado managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.SyD Tamangueyú's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Rolado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Lawrence breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcial Macario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Lobo having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Paulino Esiquio made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Lawrence. Xeneize's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. There was no doubt that C.SyD Tamangueyú were the better team. C.SyD Tamangueyú's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
