But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Ahlqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Gualterio Montez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualterio Montez kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Nestor Rolado charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor Rolado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ameghino's Nestor Rolado got a free kick in the 37th minute. Michael Ahlqvist in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ladislao Presebal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Socorro made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Ameghino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Montez to maneuver through the defense. If Miguel Justin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cirilo Ritchie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Socorro in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Augusto Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Ritchie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Romeo Buinton with Michael Ahlqvist as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Milenio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
