Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Claromeco's Edgardo Cugat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Erasmo Corderro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Angelino Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claromeco's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelino Rito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Stanislao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the match, C.Atl.Sta Justina.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Cugat came free, but Honorato Stanislao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Edgardo Cugat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorato Stanislao was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Claromeco's Edgardo Cugat got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Edgardo Cugat came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Claromeco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Cugat couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Claromeco's Angelino Rito ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Honorato Stanislao. Honorato Stanislao yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. If Edgardo Cugat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Angelino Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claromeco's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelino Rito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Stanislao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, Erasmo Corderro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Honorato Stanislao, 3-0. Honorato Stanislao made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Angelino Rito sent off a good shot on target. Baldomiro Buinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Flores in the 43rd minute of the match. Claromeco's Baldomiro Buinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Gaueko in the 47th minute of play. When Erasmo Corderro came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Claromeco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Corderro couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Generoso Gaueko was the one to do the kick off. If Erasmo Corderro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Angelino Rito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorato Stanislao. C.Atl.Sta Justina.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelino Rito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. C.Atl.Sta Justina.'s Honorato Stanislao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Rito in the 60th minute of play. Erasmo Corderro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Honorato Stanislao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Erasmo Corderro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claromeco's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Corderro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Stanislao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Virgilio Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Claromeco getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Virgilio Sidro hit a great ball. Honorato Stanislao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Corderro in the 91st minute of play. Erasmo Corderro struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Honorato Stanislao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Claromeco. Claromeco's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
