Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Siro Dubardo made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bella Vista's goalkeeper Terence Field, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Michel Björk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bella Vista fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Ciro Endira fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bella Vista's protests and gave Ciro Endira a yellow card for diving instead. Ciro Endira hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Jonas Ubelteso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Field having to interfere. Siro Dubardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Terence Field came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by River Plate's Jonathan Victoro. But to his dismay, Jonathan Victoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Bella Vista's Cleto Aguilera in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye River Plate's goalie prevented a goal. Vicente Calvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Aguilera in the 26th minute of play. After some careless play in the River Plate defense, Michel Björk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Calvet. The River Plate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Calvet should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Bella Vista's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Dubardo came free, but Terence Field reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siro Dubardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Terence Field. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Siro Dubardo ran back to his position shaking his head.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cleto Aguilera made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Siro Dubardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River Plate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Dubardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of River Plate booed when Bella Vista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Bella Vista's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Dubardo came free, but Terence Field reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Ubelteso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Terence Field tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Abel Michael got a free kick in the 77th minute. Terence Field showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Dubardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Tomás Paz kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Michel Björk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Michel Björk notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of River Plate's Vicente Calvet. Vicente Calvet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the River Plate players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bella Vista.
