After 6 minutes, Inocencio Mano made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Segundo Saque's Eliseo Gilabert tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ruperto Fernendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Rocha in the 18th minute of the match. Inocencio Mano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Eliseo Gilabert made a huge save. Arnulfo Bidun succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 22nd playminute. In the 33rd minute Ulysses Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Fernendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Haroldo Mirande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruperto Fernendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses Rocha in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Leones's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Mirande came free, but Ruperto Fernendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Leones's Benito Bikendi got a free kick in the 38th minute. Ulysses Rocha struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ruperto Fernendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Segundo Saque. In the 42nd minute, Osvaldo Erlantz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixto Fonso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruperto Fernendo. Leones's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Josephat Muiruri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Segundo Saque the free kick. After 45 played minutes Leones got a freekick which was hit by Josephat Muiruri. After 46 played minutes, Segundo Saque's Sixto Fonso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruperto Fernendo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Segundo Saque reached it. 46 minutes into the game, Benito Bikendi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Segundo Saque the free kick. A collision led to Leones getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Benito Bikendi hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulysses Rocha to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Segundo Saque got a freekick which was hit by Israel Telesforo. Eliseo Gilabert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Mano in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Benito Bikendi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseo Gilabert was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Ulysses Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ruperto Fernendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Valerio hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Inocencio Mano made a precise shot to the right of Eliseo Gilabert. Segundo Saque's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Israel Telesforo charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Israel Telesforo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Israel Telesforo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Osvaldo Erlantz scored 5-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseo Gilabert, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Segundo Saque's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Mano came free, but Eliseo Gilabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Gilabert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Bidun, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute Inocencio Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Gilabert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leones were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Segundo Saque for a fine match.
