Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alanzo Mezquita kicked off to start the match. Cipriano Berdaitz hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 11th match minute, Esquina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Matia to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of ElKpaso booed when Esquina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Matia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Reynaldo Bieito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victorio Fernendo. The goal made the score 1-0. 26 minutes into the game, ElKpaso's Alfredo Cristofol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albano Berto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Tony Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alanzo Mezquita struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Albano Berto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ElKpaso. Victorio Fernendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Bieito in the 39th minute of the match. Victorio Fernendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Bieito in the 44th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Esquina got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Bieito. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reynaldo Bieito to strike the kick off in the second half. Tony Wallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alanzo Mezquita was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. ElKpaso's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tony Wallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Berto having to interfere. Victorio Fernendo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Esquina's Reynaldo Bieito. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Bieito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After 71 played minutes Esquina got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Lehoi. 72 minutes into the match, Esquina's goalkeeper Albano Berto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tony Wallin. A collision led to Esquina getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Aaron Palban hit a great ball. A collision led to ElKpaso getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cipriano Berdaitz hit a great ball. Reynaldo Bieito took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Fernendo. Victorio Fernendo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 82nd minute Reynaldo Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Fernendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Santo Palban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Fernendo. ElKpaso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santo Palban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Alanzo Mezquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Berto having to interfere.
