Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aquilino Hondo started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Selvas defense, Apolo Lavalle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Lop. The Selvas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Lop should have stopped the shot. Domingos Gutierrez hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Gerardo Lop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Lupoaia in the 11th minute of play. Ramiro Nerio took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerardo Lop. Gerardo Lop dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18th minute, Apolo Lavalle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Lop was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 22 minutes into the game, Dacian Lupoaia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Gerardo Lop was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 25 minutes of play, Guaymallén FC's Dacian Lupoaia made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerardo Lop was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Guaymallén FC booed when Selvas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Leocadio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Lop didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Apolo Lavalle went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the game, Apolo Lavalle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Gerardo Lop was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marthin Ingholt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aquilino Hondo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 46 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-7 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Apolo Lavalle to make the kick off. Gerardo Lop was a little too slow when Ramiro Nerio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 1-8. In the 59th match minute, Selvas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Bernat to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Adriano Tavares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerardo Lop. That made the score 1-9 in the 60 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Gutierrez in the 63rd minute of play forced Selvas's goalkeeper Gerardo Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Selvas's Gerardo Lop proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Selvas from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiburcio Maule got free with Gerardo Lop in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerardo Lop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Lavalle in the 71st minute of play. Evelio Naike kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Cirilo Pedroso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerardo Lop. Selvas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cirilo Pedroso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. After 78 played minutes Guaymallén FC got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Gutierrez. Dacian Lupoaia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gerardo Lop came out and tried to block the shot, but Dacian Lupoaia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-11 in the 82nd minute. If Ramiro Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marthin Ingholt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Lop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Lupoaia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Guaymallén FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Selvas throughout the match.
