Rosquin AFC's Reynaldo Txaran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Rosquin AFC from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabricio Abreu to make the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Rosquin AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of River Plate:s goal. The referee ignored Rosquin AFC's protests and gave Melquiades Iratxo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Melquiades Iratxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. River Plate's Eulalio Hurko was substituted for Fabricio Abreu.
