Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Witalis Dulka started the match with the kick off. Flavio Estevon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Eulalio Abarca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vinicio Jon fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gowlan's protests and gave Vinicio Jon a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Gowlan got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Jon. Rafael Indartsu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Rafael Indartsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodosio Etxatxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Jeferson Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodosio Etxatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Berdoi in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Celso Gilen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gowlan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Tulum the free kick. Celso Gilen kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Flavio Estevon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Witalis Dulka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Abarca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeferson Lopes hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Teodosio Etxatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Berdoi in the 45th minute of the match. Atlético Tulum's Teodosio Etxatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Indartsu in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute Witalis Dulka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Abarca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Indartsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rafael Indartsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Etxatxu having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Rafael Indartsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gowlan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Indartsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atlético Tulum's Nick Sturm got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Sturm in the 61st minute of play forced Gowlan's goalkeeper Eulalio Abarca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eulalio Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Sturm in the 66th minute of play. After 70 played minutes, Atlético Tulum's Froilan Vellito shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eulalio Abarca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atlético Tulum reached it. After having played for 74 minutes, Witalis Dulka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Tulum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witalis Dulka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Witalis Dulka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anier Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes Atlético Tulum got a freekick which was hit by Anier Medina. Eulalio Abarca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witalis Dulka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodosio Etxatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Indartsu in the 87th minute of the match. Atlético Tulum's Ciriaco Kemen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roman Cortez in the 90 minute of the game. Eulalio Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Dulka in the 91st minute of play. After 91 minutes, Arturo Darien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gowlan and the Atlético Tulum players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Gowlan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Darien to maneuver through the defense. Gowlan's Eustaquio Hustaz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 99th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Teodosio Etxatxu but with some difficulty. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gowlan players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Atlético Tulum.
