Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benjamin Orlanda started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Unión Ranqueles FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Daniel Savion hit a great ball. Gonzalo Primo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Sindo having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Benjamin Orlanda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Unión Ranqueles FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gogo Leocadio hit a great ball. Haedo FC's Santo Vigil couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Unión Ranqueles FC. The audience was convinced that Melquiades Quinito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Sindo was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. With a little luck, Unión Ranqueles FC's Aquilino Sindo got control of the ball when Gonzalo Primo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonzalo Primo in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aquilino Sindo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Aquilino Sindo managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Haedo FC's Melquiades Quinito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Melquiades Quinito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Gonzalo Primo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haedo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Primo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Sindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Haedo FC's Melquiades Quinito got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Unión Ranqueles FC's Aquilino Sindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Quinito in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Haedo FC's zone, Igor Macerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nurettin Aydoğan came out of the goal and Igor Macerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gonzalo Primo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Sindo having to interfere. Aquilino Sindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzalo Primo in the 46th minute. Aquilino Sindo made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Eugenio Ferdinand sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melquiades Quinito to make the kick off. Melquiades Quinito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquilino Sindo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Gonzalo Primo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquilino Sindo was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. In the 58th minute of the match Victor Tome sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aquilino Sindo skillfully saved the ball. Melquiades Quinito struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Aquilino Sindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haedo FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melquiades Quinito in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Sindo saved Unión Ranqueles FC from getting behind. Haedo FC's Nurettin Aydoğan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Haedo FC from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the match, Unión Ranqueles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Quinito came free, but Aquilino Sindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Quinito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Aquilino Sindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Savion hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Melquiades Quinito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Unión Ranqueles FC defense, Gonzalo Primo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquilino Sindo. The Unión Ranqueles FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquilino Sindo should have stopped the shot. Melquiades Quinito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
