After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Juan Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA FRONTERA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Pedroso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Maurino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romulo Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 19 minutes, Laureano Gonsalvo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA FRONTERA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Gonsalvo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bonilla FC's goalkeeper Anibal Maurino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Modesto Reno kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Juan Pedroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LA FRONTERA FC's Honorato Emesto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Diego Ostadar, made in the 30th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Garcia in the 38th minute of play forced Bonilla FC's goalkeeper Anibal Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Maurino having to interfere. In the 43rdth minute of the game Romulo Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bonilla FC's Anibal Maurino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adriana Dolfos's late challenge caught a LA FRONTERA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriana Dolfos helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bonilla FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Adriana Dolfos hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafin Totakoxe made a kick off. The attack was good, but when Serafin Totakoxe in the 55th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Bonilla FC's Anibal Maurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Garcia in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Bonilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriana Dolfos to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Montrel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bonilla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA FRONTERA FC the free kick. After 65 played minutes Bonilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Montrel. Laureano Gonsalvo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 minutes, Nunez Fresco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bonilla FC and the LA FRONTERA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bonilla FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Nunez Fresco hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Romulo Garcia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bonilla FC's zone, Romulo Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Maurino came out of the goal and Romulo Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bonilla FC's Nunez Fresco got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Nunez Fresco off the ground. A collision led to Bonilla FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Nunez Fresco hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Nel in the 81st minute of play forced Bonilla FC's goalkeeper Anibal Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LA FRONTERA FC's Juan Pedroso got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Pedroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Romulo Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA FRONTERA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romulo Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
