The nice shot from Ömer Rıza Akansel in the 22ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Rolando Franco had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. If Ömer Rıza Akansel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes, Moises Guter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing club de avellaneda and the Juventud players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rolando Franco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Florencio Matei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 34 minute of play. Rafael Sotero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Chorache in the 42nd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Gizzi was the one to do the kick off. Racing club de avellaneda's Rolando Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 姜国诚 in the 53rd minute of play. Rolando Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Matei, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, Juventud's Iker Rey got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute of the game Conrado Argina made a throw-in which Mauricio Paublo played forward. Rolando Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömer Rıza Akansel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Racing club de avellaneda getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jonatan Leizarraga hit a great ball. Ömer Rıza Akansel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the game, Mauricio Paublo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventud's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing club de avellaneda the free kick. Mauricio Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Juventud got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Paublo. Alberto Gizzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Rafael Sotero made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Matei in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Franco saved Racing club de avellaneda from getting behind. Juventud's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
