In the 6th minute, Urban Hellström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th match minute, Club Atlético Huracán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Tauro to maneuver through the defense. Benicio Tohias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Benjamin Eli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Oriche charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Oriche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silvano Oriche kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Club Atlético Huracán's Saturnino Enmanuel got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Vincente got free with Benjamin Eli in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 41st minute of the match Silvano Oriche completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Silvano Oriche a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 41 played minutes Club Atlético Huracán got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Oriche. Desiderio Etor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Mino in the 47th minute of play. Moises Mino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Desiderio Etor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Modesto Jerold to strike the kick off in the second half. Benjamin Eli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Jerold in the 55th minute of play. Benjamin Eli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Club Atletico Madero booed when Club Atlético Huracán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Quirze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Eli came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Madero's Modesto Jerold. But to his dismay, Modesto Jerold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 65th minute Modesto Jerold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Eli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute Benicio Tohias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Eli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Modesto Jerold sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Club Atlético Huracán's Benjamin Eli didn't even have to move. Club Atlético Huracán made a substitution. Francisco Jerrold replaced Saturnino Enmanuel. Moises Mino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Desiderio Etor made a huge save. In the 88th minute Tomas Dayam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Eli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Etor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Mino in the 91st minute of the match. Club Atlético Huracán's Benjamin Eli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Jerold in the 94th minute of play. Benjamin Eli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Vincente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario Ourente's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Madero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Ourente helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Club Atlético Huracán getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mario Ourente hit a great ball. The Club Atletico Madero manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Club Atlético Huracán to win.
