Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Genaro Bihar started the match with the kick off. In the 10th minute, Gwidon Marut reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricardo Gurutz. The goal made the score 1-0. Ulises Mikelar came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Zoldo Alto's Genaro Bihar. But to his dismay, Genaro Bihar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Arnulfo Donostia fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zoldo Alto's protests and gave Arnulfo Donostia a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Club Atletico River Plate booed when Zoldo Alto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Donostia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Mikelar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Bihar's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Club Atletico River Plate getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Candido Clis hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Genaro Bihar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulises Mikelar was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico River Plate's zone, Ignacio Gabirel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulises Mikelar came out of the goal and Ignacio Gabirel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd match minute, Zoldo Alto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Rey to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Zoldo Alto were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gwidon Marut made a kick off. Delmiro Cibran struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Ricardo Gurutz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico River Plate. Gwidon Marut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd match minute, Club Atletico River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Clis to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Gwidon Marut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gwidon Marut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes, Gwidon Marut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico River Plate and the Zoldo Alto players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Gwidon Marut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulises Mikelar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Bihar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filomeno Lop made in the 77th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ceferino Cristofol immediately put the ball in play. During the 79th minute of the match Gwidon Marut completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gwidon Marut a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Gwidon Marut hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Club Atletico River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Clis to maneuver through the defense. Ulises Mikelar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Bihar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Zoldo Alto left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Atletico River Plate.
