The audience was convinced that Adan Chorache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Furtado was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Adan Chorache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Everardo Furtado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adan Chorache's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adan Chorache in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Furtado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Javier Serafo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Fidele showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adan Chorache in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 42nd minute of the match Rigoberto Henrico sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Everardo Furtado skillfully saved the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adan Chorache to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Adan Chorache fired away a shot on goal. Adan Chorache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Everardo Furtado made a huge save. Justino Vidal's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Juventus F.C getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Justino Vidal hit a great ball. Adan Chorache's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Everardo Furtado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Juventus F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo the free kick.
