In the 4th minute, Elias Nuxila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trinchera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 7th minute Isaias Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Cebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Cebo was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Isaias Barros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isaias Barros really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. 14 minutes into the match, Daniel Castel notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Trinchera's Marcelo Cebo. Marcelo Cebo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Trinchera's Marcelo Cebo got control of the ball when Daniel Castel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anibal Abalos kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 21 minutes of play, Trinchera's Clemente Xabel made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodosio Bilbo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodosio Bilbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Azubeli in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Trinchera's Clemente Xabel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodosio Bilbo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Xabel in the 30th minute of play forced Boquerón FC's goalkeeper Teodosio Bilbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Bilbo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Rosendo Rubio's late challenge caught a Trinchera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Rubio helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Boquerón FC got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Rubio. In the 41st minute, Boquerón FC's Isaias Barros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelo Cebo. Marcelo Cebo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. Disappointed in the 3-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clemente Xabel to strike the kick off in the second half. Benedicto Fresco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Placido Eudoxio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Teodosio Bilbo made a huge save. German Ugaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Vinicio Urtsin made in the 56th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hipolito Hibai immediately put the ball in play. Marcelo Cebo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Castel went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Boquerón FC's Teodosio Bilbo got control of the ball when Placido Eudoxio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute Gabriel Bidun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Bilbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Cebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Castel in the 67th minute of play. Marcelo Cebo came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Boquerón FC's Isaias Barros. But to his dismay, Isaias Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-4. Teodosio Bilbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Boquerón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Xabel came free, but Teodosio Bilbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Castel took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Cebo. Marcelo Cebo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-4. A collision led to Boquerón FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Isaias Barros hit a great ball. In the 83rd match minute, Boquerón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Fresco to maneuver through the defense. Boquerón FC's Teodosio Bilbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Abalos in the 85th minute of play. Teodosio Bilbo came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Trinchera's Placido Eudoxio. But to his dismay, Placido Eudoxio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Clemente Xabel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodosio Bilbo. That made the score 6-6 in the 92 minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
