Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iker Paio got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Iker Paio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopoldo Pelayo. PONTEVEDRA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iker Paio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Los pibes de Estudiantes's goalkeeper Paolo Padro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iyan Talavera. In the 10th minute Agustin Bizi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 10 minutes, Benicio Tolino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PONTEVEDRA FC and the Los pibes de Estudiantes players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PONTEVEDRA FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Benicio Tolino hit a great ball. Leopoldo Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kiro Serdarov in the 18th minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match, Gregorio Jacob tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paolo Padro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Rene Benat took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Paolo Padro to make any attempt to save it. Paolo Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iyan Talavera in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to PONTEVEDRA FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gregorio Jacob hit a great ball. Iyan Talaveras short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Paolo Padro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Paolo Padro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iyan Talavera went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the game, PONTEVEDRA FC's Benicio Tolino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paolo Padro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 46 minutes into the match, Rene Benat dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paolo Padro, 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Iyan Talavera made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Orlo during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los pibes de Estudiantes's Alejandro Orlo got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Gregorio Jacob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paolo Padro came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by PONTEVEDRA FC's Benicio Tolino. But to his dismay, Benicio Tolino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulises Jerrold during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los pibes de Estudiantes's Ulises Jerrold got a free kick in the 70th minute. Kiro Serdarov succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 6-2 in the 75th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iyan Talavera in the 84th minute of play forced Los pibes de Estudiantes's goalkeeper Paolo Padro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Pelayo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iker Paio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-3 in the 86 minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, PONTEVEDRA FC's Benigno Orain made it 7-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paolo Padro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paolo Padro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benicio Tolino went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-3 was the resulting score.
