The supporters of Basureros Municipales Jr. booed when Nomepeguen Soigiordano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Xabat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Rodolfo Osoitz made a huge save. Anselmo Egoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Niva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Israel Elequemedo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Nicasio Pedroso made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Egoi. Basureros Municipales Jr.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Nomepeguen Soigiordano getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Xabat in the 73rd minute of play forced Nomepeguen Soigiordano's goalkeeper Rodolfo Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Primitivo Xabat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Osoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Misael charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Misael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute, Santos Misael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nomepeguen Soigiordano made a substitution. Freddy Tiniebra replaced Godofredo Lawrence. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Basureros Municipales Jr. had won after a very even match.
