Jony Curuzu's Maximiliano Gaztea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Jony Curuzu from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute, Santo Bermudez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ciro Quentin came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Toroyacú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Quentin couldn't finish the play. Jony Curuzu's Maximiliano Gaztea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Jony Curuzu from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the game, Toroyacú's Santo Bermudez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Gaztea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santo Bermudez got free with Maximiliano Gaztea in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Despite being the better team, Toroyacú failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
