C.F.L.H's Charles McAskill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Ishmael in the 4th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, C.F.L.H's Elpidio Beliran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Errapel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Honorato Naike was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C A Talleres CBA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.F.L.H the free kick. In the 18th minute, Honorato Naike hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Elpidio Beliran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.F.L.H fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, Rolando Ishmael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charles McAskill. C.F.L.H's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolando Ishmael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 31st minute, Honorato Naike hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elpidio Beliran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Errapel having to interfere. Fulgencio Bitxintxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Nicolas Errapel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Beliran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Errapel having to interfere. In the 40th minute Rolando Ishmael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles McAskill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Naike was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. C A Talleres CBA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Rolando Ishmael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles McAskill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Ishmael in the 46th minute of the match. Paolo Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles McAskill having to interfere. The C A Talleres CBA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.F.L.H were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolando Ishmael made a kick off. The supporters of C.F.L.H booed when C A Talleres CBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Birila didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, C A Talleres CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Beliran came free, but Nicolas Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C.F.L.H's zone, Rolando Ishmael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles McAskill came out of the goal and Rolando Ishmael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Ishmael in the 65th minute of play forced C.F.L.H's goalkeeper Charles McAskill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Paolo Piarres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute, Rolando Ishmael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicolas Errapel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Beliran in the 73rd minute of play. Elpidio Beliran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Beliran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Errapel was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
