The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Serafin Pes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Norberto Sindo having to make a save. Serafin Pes succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Domingo Damario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Honorato Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Domingo Damario made a precise shot to the right of Isidoro Fagildo. Nogoyá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Loire Ocean FC defense, Serafin Pes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Norberto Sindo. The Loire Ocean FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norberto Sindo should have stopped the shot. Norberto Sindo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Honorato Lizer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 24 minute of play. In the 28th minute Honorato Lizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Sindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidoro Fagildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Brandie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norman Brandie scored 3-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidoro Fagildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute of the match, Serafin Pes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Norberto Sindo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Honorato Lizer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Norberto Sindo. That made the score 4-2 in the 37 minute of play. Norberto Sindo made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Honorato Lizer sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Honorato Lizer to make the kick off. Alvaro Mattin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Isidoro Fagildo made a huge save. Marcos Eron hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Honorato Lizer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Honorato Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute Honorato Lizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Sindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Damario in the 74th minute of play forced Nogoyá's goalkeeper Isidoro Fagildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Pes in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto Sindo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Loire Ocean FC booed when Nogoyá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Frantzes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Mattin got free with Isidoro Fagildo in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvaro Mattin struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Isidoro Fagildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loire Ocean FC. 98 minutes into the match, Nogoyá's Honorato Lizer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Norberto Sindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nogoyá had won after a very even match.
