Osvaldo Batista started the match with the kick off. Angel Fagildo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Ciriaco Pueblo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Batista in the 6th minute of the match. Angel Fagildo lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sauce! The referee gave Club Ciclista Juninense a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hilario Herensuge, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sauce's Ciriaco Pueblo. 1-0. Club Ciclista Juninense's Evelio Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Valentine in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, Sauce's Ciriaco Pueblo got control of the ball when Amador Heriberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evelio Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Valentine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evelio Frisco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Valentine went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ciriaco Pueblo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Heriberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Jairo Boni in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Ciclista Juninense's Faustino Iyan. In the 26th play minute Amador Heriberto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ciriaco Pueblo. 2-1. Club Ciclista Juninense's Evelio Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Valentine in the 31st minute of play. Sauce's Antonio Valentine got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Víktor Barreto's late challenge caught a Club Ciclista Juninense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Víktor Barreto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Ciclista Juninense booed when Sauce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víktor Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th match minute, Sauce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Bras to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Amador Heriberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Valentine stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Club Ciclista Juninense's Benicio Osorio got a free kick in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Heriberto in the 54th minute of play forced Sauce's goalkeeper Ciriaco Pueblo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Valentine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Frisco having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Sauce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Víktor Barreto to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Batista took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Pueblo. Ciriaco Pueblo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Antonio Valentine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Frisco having to interfere. If Antonio Valentine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Faustino Iyan notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Sauce's Ciriaco Pueblo. Ciriaco Pueblo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Club Ciclista Juninense's Evelio Frisco got control of the ball when Antonio Valentine tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Emanuel Iraunkor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Evelio Frisco. Emanuel Iraunkor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2.
