Felix Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Heriberto in the 16th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Club Ciclista Juninense's Amador Heriberto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Felix Batista. Felix Batista yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Osvaldo Batista struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Felix Batista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Ciclista Juninense. Felix Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Heriberto in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Benicio Osorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Benicio Osorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evelio Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Fresco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filomeno Fernendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Frisco having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Amador Heriberto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Batista was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Ryszard Czajka fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored club bancario azul's protests and gave Ryszard Czajka a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Batista was the one to do the kick off. In the 70th minute, Edgard Rito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Genaro Poz in the 71st minute really tested Evelio Frisco's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Club Ciclista Juninense's Evelio Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Johans in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to club bancario azul getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Federico Tonio hit a great ball. Evelio Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Johans in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Heriberto in the 81st minute of play forced club bancario azul's goalkeeper Felix Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Ciclista Juninense's 吕克云 got a free kick in the 85th minute. club bancario azul's Genaro Poz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evelio Frisco but with some difficulty. Filomeno Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Evelio Frisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Heriberto in the 90th minute of play. club bancario azul's Julio Tallia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evelio Frisco but with some difficulty. After 98 played minutes club bancario azul got a freekick which was hit by Gil Gonçalves. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Ciclista Juninense fully deserved thier win.
