After 10 played minutes Acequiones got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Iyan. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Jairo Chucho managed to get in a good position for a shot. E.S.S.Nº 33's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Chucho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Abaunza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Iyan hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Gualterio Piearres from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Esteve Abaunza's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 17th minute Mauricio Nevada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Leheren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Benat helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Guaberto Herensuge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acequiones fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half Acequiones were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Esteve Abaunza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Romildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Orlo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Esteve Abaunza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Romildo in the 57th minute of play. Esteve Abaunza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Cordarryl, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th match minute, Acequiones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Orlo to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Chucho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. E.S.S.Nº 33's Aquilino Leheren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Urbes in the 77th minute of play. When Aaron Benat was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. In the 80th match minute, E.S.S.Nº 33 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Benat to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benicio Romildo in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteve Abaunza saved Acequiones from getting behind. If Benicio Romildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Acequiones players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
