Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ariel Polo started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Ariel Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Dominic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everardo Raymundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Dominic. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Everardo Raymundo ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Mannuel in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Dominic prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute, Arsenio Urti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Napier was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Prospero Romo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prospero Romo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Inocencio Theobald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CUERVO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Escalada the free kick. Escalada made a substitution. Severino Sotero replaced Prospero Romo. After 26 played minutes CUERVO got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Theobald. Rogelio Napier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Sotero in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Ariel Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Dominic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Delfino charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Delfino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Escalada getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

CUERVO's Rogelio Napier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Sotero in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Escalada's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Polo came free, but Leonardo Dominic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Severino Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Napier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Cebo to maneuver through the defense. Bernabe Cebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Rogelio Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute Severino Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Napier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Severino Sotero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Napier was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, CUERVO's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Cebo came free, but Rogelio Napier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernabe Erroman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Napier having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogelio Napier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Sotero in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91stth minute of the game Severino Sotero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CUERVO's Rogelio Napier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match Marciano Raymond sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Napier skillfully saved the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
