Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Orlando Jurdan kicked off to start the match. Cesare Bertolini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Berenguer, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Despedida's Orlando Jurdan in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A River Plate's goalie prevented a goal. Cesare Bertolini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Humberto Tebaldo stood somewhat misplaced when Orlando Jurdan came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 13 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Endura in the 23rd minute of play forced Despedida's goalkeeper Cesare Bertolini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24thth minute of the game Orlando Jurdan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A River Plate's Humberto Tebaldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Damian Endura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesare Bertolini was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to C.A River Plate getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Cosme Montrel hit a great ball. Aldo Mede missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 33 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Humberto Tebaldo right hand side. After a rather tough play, C.A River Plate's Raimundo Tolino got a free kick in the 38th minute. 43 minutes into the game, C.A River Plate's Damian Endura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesare Bertolini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Florentino Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Tebaldo having to interfere.

From close distance Raimundo Tolino pressed in the 1-4 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 52 minutes into the game. 57 minutes into the match, Raimundo Tolino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cesare Bertolini, 1-5. Humberto Tebaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Jurdan in the 61st minute of the match. After some careless play in the C.A River Plate defense, Orlando Jurdan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Tebaldo. The C.A River Plate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Tebaldo should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Lucas Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A River Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Berenguer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesare Bertolini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cesare Bertolini made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lucas Berenguer sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd match minute, Despedida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Donato to maneuver through the defense. Florentino Gonza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Humberto Tebaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlando Jurdan in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Tebaldo saved C.A River Plate from getting behind. Cesare Bertolini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Endura in the 80th minute of play. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 3-6 when Orlando Jurdan sped through C.A River Plate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Humberto Tebaldo. Raimundo Tolino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Endura in the 92nd minute of play forced Despedida's goalkeeper Cesare Bertolini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.A River Plate walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
