Santiago Birjaio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hector Paio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Azubeli in the 70th minute of play forced Balcarce's goalkeeper Santiago Birjaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, CSyD Tirumisu's Fausto Orti got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Mario Quinten shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blas Gaskon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. CSyD Tirumisu's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Balcarce's Santiago Birjaio got control of the ball when Cesar Azubeli tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Cesar Azubeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Azubeli in the 98th minute of play forced Balcarce's goalkeeper Santiago Birjaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CSyD Tirumisu played a much better game than Balcarce and deserved their victory. The Balcarce players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
