Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sabagasta's Juan Urko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Hermengildo Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Urko in the 14th minute of play forced C.A.Ranelagh Futbol's goalkeeper Danilo Oxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Santiago Cordarrell took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Timoteo Celipe to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Juan Urko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sabagasta's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Urko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Oxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C.A.Ranelagh Futbol's Danilo Oxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Mikelar in the 20th minute of play. Sabagasta's Timoteo Celipe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Sabagasta from getting a goal against them. Leopoldo Otsoko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Oxel having to interfere. Alonzo Nalo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Silvestre Christobal fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Timoteo Celipe, passed just outside the right post. When Benigno Bartolome fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sabagasta's protests and gave Benigno Bartolome a yellow card for diving instead. If Santiago Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelino Mikelar during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcelino Mikelar kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. If Juan Urko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Apolo Bazil kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Marcelino Mikelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Danilo Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Oxel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Otsoko, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Danilo Oxel made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Alonzo Nalo sent off a good shot on target. Marcelino Mikelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Danilo Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Santiago Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Celipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danilo Oxel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Nalo in the 84th minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Marcelino Mikelar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sabagasta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelino Mikelar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Sabagasta's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Chumo came free, but Timoteo Celipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Juan Urko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Danilo Oxel. Juan Urko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Timoteo Celipe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Chumo in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Sabagasta players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
