Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gaspar Tome took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Tigre's goalkeeper Nestor Koldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pablo Gutxi. Pablo Gutxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Koldo having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Tigre's goalkeeper Nestor Koldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pablo Gutxi. The audience was convinced that Gaspar Tome's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonas Veremundo was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Gaspar Tome ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Veremundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Tigre's Benedicto Xabier got a free kick in the 20th minute. Pablo Gutxi had several of the Club Atletico Tigre's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Nestor Koldo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Donato Alonso hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Benedicto Xabier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Tigre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Gimnasia Y Esgrima the free kick. In the 31st minute, Benedicto Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Club Gimnasia Y Esgrima's Aquiles Herrera got a free kick in the 40th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Pablo Gutxi made the kick off in the second half. Manuel Fortun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Nestor Koldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 52nd minute Alfonso Bingen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Koldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match Club Gimnasia Y Esgrima got a corner. Club Atletico Tigre's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernabe Salvatore ran over to the corner to take the kick. Silvio Elorri was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, one of Club Atletico Tigre:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Tigre. In the 68th minute of the match Luciano Ishmael sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Veremundo skillfully saved the ball. Club Atletico Tigre's Nestor Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Gutxi in the 76th minute of play. Jonas Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Tome, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute.
