Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Manuel Delfino took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Manuel Delfino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Delgado AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrianinho Messias came free, but Baldomero Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Rey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Delfino's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Geronimo Ariando hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrianinho Messias in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Orixe saved Delgado AFC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrianinho Messias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldomero Orixe. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. David Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baldomero Orixe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrianinho Messias in the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Delgado AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Silvano Raebert hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, David Varela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomero Orixe was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Lanús's Adrianinho Messias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baldomero Orixe. That made the score 3-0 after 36 minutes of play. David Varela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomero Orixe having to make a save. David Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Orixe having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Felo during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Hugo Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, David Varela notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Delgado AFC's Baldomero Orixe. Baldomero Orixe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 61st match minute, Delgado AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Felo to maneuver through the defense. Adrianinho Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Baldomero Orixe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, David Varela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Baldomero Orixe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Delgado AFC's Manuel Delfino got a free kick in the 82nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrianinho Messias in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Orixe saved Delgado AFC from getting behind. Nemesio Galeno hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Baldomero Orixe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute Adrianinho Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Orixe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvano Raebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Quinten kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match.
