Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ladislao Orzaize made the kick off and thus started the match. If Gaspar Stephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Montrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Justino Guillem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Marcelo Dolfo in the 12th minute really tested Braulio Tohias's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ivan Montrel came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by El Santo Arg's Lucas Romo. But to his dismay, Lucas Romo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ricardo Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Tohias having to interfere. If Lucas Romo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Lucas Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Montrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Gaspar Stephen made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Montrel. Laboulaye FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 48th minute, Laboulaye FC's Tobias Bertran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After the first half El Santo Arg were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gaspar Stephen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Ivan Montrel made a huge save. After 60 played minutes, El Santo Arg's Constantino Urritz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Montrel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Santo Arg reached it. In the 62nd minute of the match Marcelo Dolfo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Braulio Tohias skillfully saved the ball. Ivan Montrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Justino Guillem's late challenge caught a Laboulaye FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Guillem helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, El Santo Arg's Justino Guillem got a free kick in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Orzaize in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Tohias saved El Santo Arg from getting behind. If Ricardo Lope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tobias Bertran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, El Santo Arg's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Orzaize came free, but Braulio Tohias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaspar Stephen got free with Ivan Montrel in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
