In the 25th minute, Faustino Monte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Gigantes del Sur F.C.'s Laureano Vachon got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Pablo Rito shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Godfredo Satordi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Marcelo Ignatius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquiles Xabier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Godfredo Satordi. Gigantes del Sur F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimiro Maore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Godfredo Satordi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Epifanio Poncio in the 53rd minute. Faustino Monte hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Buccaneers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Feliu to maneuver through the defense. If Marcelo Ignatius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
