Jonatan Gorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Txomin in the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Gringo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Pabla came free, but Manuel Cresencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Eustacio Oinatz made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Cresencio. Gringo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Javier Astrada made a great header on Gringo FC's corner, it was just that Higuera's Jonatan Gorri managed to reach the ball for a save. Javier Astrada's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Jonatan Gorri - 1-1 was put on the score board in the 30th minute. After 34 minutes, Fotis Panagoulias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gringo FC and the Higuera players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Fotis Panagoulias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute of the match Guido Foro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Cresencio skillfully saved the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Gringo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Oinatz came free, but Manuel Cresencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Higuera's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Txomin came free, but Jonatan Gorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higuera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Fresco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 56 minutes into the match, Higuera's goalkeeper Jonatan Gorri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santiago Fresco. Sergio Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Gringo FC booed when Higuera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Pabla didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Higuera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Guib to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 64 minutes, Javier Astrada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gringo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Astrada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonatan Gorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Txomin, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Manuel Cresencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Azevedo in the 68th minute of the match. Higuera's Jonatan Gorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Txomin in the 71st minute of play. Jonatan Gorri was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Higinio Txomin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Higinio Txomin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. After a rather tough play, Gringo FC's Yani Raykovski got a free kick in the 76th minute. Roberto Elodio's late challenge caught a Higuera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Elodio helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Azevedo in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Cresencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonatan Gorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Fresco in the 87th minute of play. Sergio Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Manuel Cresencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Higuera. Gringo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
