With a little luck, mcr's Denis Romelio got control of the ball when Amador Oliverios tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of mcr booed when CAMIONEROS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Cambranes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Eusebio Celipe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The mcr fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 19 minutes, Anibal Vincente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. mcr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anibal Vincente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, CAMIONEROS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulisses de Godoy came free, but Marciano Abajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natalio Alfonso kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to mcr getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Natalio Alfonso hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes CAMIONEROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Sindo. Ulisses de Godoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marciano Abajas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Celipe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Sancho in the 35th minute of play forced mcr's goalkeeper Denis Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Ulisses de Godoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulisses de Godoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Abajas having to interfere. Carlos Edorta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Denis Romelio made a huge save. Denis Romelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Lehoi in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half mcr were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Americo Lehoi was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Sindo in the 52nd minute of play forced mcr's goalkeeper Denis Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lorenzo Ongile during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Basilio Sindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marciano Abajas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulisses de Godoy's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 68 minutes into the match, CAMIONEROS FC's goalkeeper Marciano Abajas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Celipe. After some careless play in the mcr defense, Carlos Edorta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Romelio. The mcr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Romelio should have stopped the shot. After 74 minutes of play, CAMIONEROS FC's Amador Oliverios made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Romelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! CAMIONEROS FC's Santos Farias couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for mcr. mcr's Denis Romelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Oliverios in the 89th minute of play. Eusebio Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Marciano Abajas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pastor Sancho during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, CAMIONEROS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Sancho to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
