After a rather tough play, Bermejo AFC's Sebastian Iratze got a free kick in the 13th minute. Casimiro Etxekopar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Abel Txaran fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bermejo AFC's protests and gave Abel Txaran a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bermejo AFC's Abel Txaran got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Orlando Ostots shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herminio Iaki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Antonio Goi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bermejo AFC's Herminio Iaki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Elpidio Gonzalez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bermejo AFC's Herminio Iaki. Herminio Iaki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Herminio Iaki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Goi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Felipe Acevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelino Otsoa in the 29th minute. Elpidio Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Elpidio Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Baron Rojo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Gonzalez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Iaki was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Casimiro Etxekopar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Felipe Acevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bermejo AFC's Herminio Iaki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Gonzalez in the 44th minute of play. After having played for 49 minutes, Elpidio Gonzalez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baron Rojo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Gonzalez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Casimiro Etxekopar to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Bermejo AFC defense, Conrado Ereinotz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herminio Iaki. The Bermejo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herminio Iaki should have stopped the shot. If Antonio Goi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Angelino Otsoa came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Bermejo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelino Otsoa couldn't finish the play. In the 65th match minute, Baron Rojo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Ranolfo to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th play minute Antonio Goi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Herminio Iaki. 0-4. 71 minutes into the game, Christan Baron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baron Rojo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bermejo AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Baron Rojo FC's Christan Baron got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 74th match minute, Baron Rojo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Ereinotz to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Etxekopar in the 80th minute of the match. Antonio Goi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Herminio Iaki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Elpidio Gonzalez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Goi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herminio Iaki having to make a save. Baron Rojo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
