Godofredo Inge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 8th minute, Manu y Diego's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Julian Inguma fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cristo Izel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Bernardo Ortle 10 minutes into the match. Filomeno Mano hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Luciano Remir took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardo Ortle. Manu y Diego's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Godofredo Inge struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Bernardo Ortle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SENTIMIENTO FOGONERO FC. In the 22nd minute, SENTIMIENTO FOGONERO FC's Julian Inguma ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernardo Ortle. Bernardo Ortle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in SENTIMIENTO FOGONERO FC's zone, Jimeno Dominix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Dolfo came out of the goal and Jimeno Dominix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abelardo Dolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Lucado in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Julian Inguma dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardo Ortle, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Manu y Diego's Melchor Lucado got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Filomeno Mano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Julian Inguma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Inguma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SENTIMIENTO FOGONERO FC booed when Manu y Diego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Mendiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Manu y Diego's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Izel came free, but Bernardo Ortle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Abelardo Dolfo managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Manu y Diego's Melchor Lucado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Godofredo Inge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Ortle having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melchor Lucado in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Dolfo saved SENTIMIENTO FOGONERO FC from getting behind. After 83 played minutes Manu y Diego got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Peruanton. The audience was convinced that Godofredo Inge's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Ortle was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After 87 played minutes Manu y Diego got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Ascencio. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Froilan Txatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manu y Diego's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Txatxu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Dolfo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Manu y Diego players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
