The referee ignored CAP.Talleres's protests and gave Raimundo Banegas a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, CAP.Talleres's Raimundo Banegas got a free kick in the 10th minute. Laureano Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gustavo Isidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CAP.Talleres's Gustavo Isidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Tipi in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Chichinales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Tipi to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to CAP.Talleres getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Luis Tibalt hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute Laureano Celipe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Isidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chichinales AFC's zone, Leon Eliu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Eguen came out of the goal and Leon Eliu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosendo Eguen made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Leon Eliu sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th match minute, CAP.Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Ihazintu to maneuver through the defense. Elpidio Tipi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Laureano Celipe to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Chichinales AFC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Chico. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Jesus Ospin managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAP.Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesus Ospin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Eguen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute Jesus Ospin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Ospin struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Rosendo Eguen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAP.Talleres. Elpidio Tipis short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Gustavo Isidor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Laureano Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gustavo Isidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, CAP.Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Celipe came free, but Gustavo Isidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, CAP.Talleres's goalkeeper Gustavo Isidor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Tipi. Elpidio Tipi in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gustavo Isidor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Laureano Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Isidor having to interfere. Elpidio Tipi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Isidor having to make a save. Rosendo Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Ospin, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Laureano Celipe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Eliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Eguen having to interfere. CAP.Talleres's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
