The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 11th match minute, Pocho Rex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Burutzagi to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, CLUB ATLETICO SIGNOS's Rene Jerano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Aristides Lauaxeta hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes Pocho Rex got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Michael. 31 minutes into the game, Alejo Mikelats recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lino Efren. Alejo Mikelats showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 35 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO SIGNOS's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Burutzagi came free, but Arnoldo Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Pocho Rex got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Michael. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ariel Burutzagi in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Gagriel saved CLUB ATLETICO SIGNOS from getting behind. Alejo Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Rene Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Jerano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Efren having to interfere. When Teodoro Eneko came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Pocho Rex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Eneko couldn't finish the play. In the 78th match minute, Pocho Rex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Ubelteso to maneuver through the defense. CLUB ATLETICO SIGNOS's Rene Jerano got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 90 played minutes Pocho Rex got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Michael. Lino Efren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Jerano in the 93rd minute of play. CLUB ATLETICO SIGNOS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
