In the 6th minute, Eustaquio Jago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Virila was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Aquiles Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Jago in the 9th minute of play. Uriel Gorri kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Edgard Davis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Aquiles Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Moteagudo getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Lázaro Javiar hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes Jazz4ever Roughneck got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Sanchez. Lázaro Javiar hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Edgard Davis struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Aquiles Virila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moteagudo. In the 35th minute, Eustaquio Jago had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Patricio Belarmo's late challenge caught a Moteagudo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Belarmo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jazz4ever Roughneck's Patricio Belarmo got a free kick in the 36th minute. The throw-in from Godofredo Sanchez in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Moteagudo's Lázaro Xabat. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silverio Cai to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Edgard Davis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moteagudo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Davis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Porros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rodolfo Boni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Boni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Cai in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Jazz4ever Roughneck's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edgard Davis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lázaro Javiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Virila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Whitney Houston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Moteagudo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Teodosio Gudesteo hit a great ball. Rodolfo Boni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Porros in the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Moteagudo's zone, Silverio Cai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Boni came out of the goal and Silverio Cai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Whitney Houston during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Moteagudo booed when Jazz4ever Roughneck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Whitney Houston didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jazz4ever Roughneck's Rolando Porros got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moteagudo's Lázaro Javiar got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Davis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Virila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
