When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Julian Lizbeth took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Eddie Söderman to make any attempt to save it. Eddie Söderman made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Martin Guillelme sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute Natalio Sanduru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Tallia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Julian Lizbeth came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Mollecito AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Lizbeth couldn't finish the play. Martin Guillelme came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eddie Söderman could save by the left post. Martin Guillelme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albano Urtzi's late challenge caught a Chorroarín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. One of Mollecito AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chorroarín:s goal. Aquilino Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Iruinea in the 33rd minute of play. After 40 played minutes Mollecito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Albano Urtzi. When Evaristo Bertin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Chorroarín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Bertin couldn't finish the play. Chorroarín's Eddie Söderman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Chorroarín from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Julian Lizbeth fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eddie Söderman, passed just outside the right post. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Lizbeth to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Viviano in the 64th minute of play forced Chorroarín's goalkeeper Eddie Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, Chorroarín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Ourente to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Chorroarín getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gaspar Cheche hit a great ball. If Evaristo Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eddie Söderman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Lizbeth, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Iruinea got free with Aquilino Tallia in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mollecito AFC's Aquilino Tallia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Mollecito AFC from getting a goal against them. If Julian Lizbeth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Lizbeth took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eddie Söderman. Eddie Söderman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. A collision led to Mollecito AFC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Igor Bermudez hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chorroarín players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mollecito AFC.
