Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Placido Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Mismos De Siempre F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Medina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Cordearo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Castelli's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Urtsin came free, but Dario Cordearo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Maura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Madeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Larpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dario Cordearo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Castelli's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Ipar came free, but Dario Cordearo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Castelli's Dario Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Lapurdi in the 28th minute of play. Edgard Esiquio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Igor Maura made a huge save. Alfredo Urtsin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dario Cordearo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Felix Larpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mirolyub Vatrachki to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Castelli's goalkeeper Dario Cordearo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Urtsin. After 55 minutes of play, Castelli's Edgard Esiquio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Igor Maura was left in no man's land by his defense there! Los Mismos De Siempre F.C's Igor Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Esiquio in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Castelli's Mirolyub Vatrachki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Igor Maura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Igor Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Esiquio, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Placido Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Castelli's zone, Alfredo Urtsin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Cordearo came out of the goal and Alfredo Urtsin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th match minute, Castelli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mirolyub Vatrachki to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Los Mismos De Siempre F.C's Fausto Otsando seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fausto Otsando the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Los Mismos De Siempre F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fausto Otsando had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Mirolyub Vatrachki walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Los Mismos De Siempre F.C's Igor Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Esiquio in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Castelli booed when Los Mismos De Siempre F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Medina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Fliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After 97 played minutes, Los Mismos De Siempre F.C's Mauro Berart shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dario Cordearo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Mismos De Siempre F.C reached it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Mismos De Siempre F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Castelli.
