Haroldo Jenaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Ubarna in the 4th minute of play. Renato Acha kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jaguares FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Jenaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Feliberto Jakobe's late challenge caught a Jaguares FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Jakobe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Feliberto Jakobe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaguares FC's Haroldo Jenaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Ubarna in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Basilio Cloyo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eustaquio Sayvion was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 20 minutes into the game, Christodoulos Kontos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nouvelle Ére Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaguares FC the free kick. Nouvelle Ére Fc:s Eustaquio Sayvion showed great skill when he stopped Dante Aznar:s penalty. After 25 played minutes Nouvelle Ére Fc got a freekick which was hit by Christodoulos Kontos. In the 26th minute of the match Dante Aznar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustaquio Sayvion skillfully saved the ball. Dante Aznar shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 30 played minutes Nouvelle Ére Fc got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Jakobe. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nouvelle Ére Fc's goalkeeper Eustaquio Sayvion, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eustaquio Sayvion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Frisco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Bartoli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eustaquio Sayvion came out and tried to block the shot, but Delmiro Bartoli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Javier Ubarna in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Jenaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Delmiro Bartoli to strike the kick off in the second half. Haroldo Jenaro was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Javier Ubarna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Javier Ubarna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. 62 minutes into the game, Raimundo Ignazio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jaguares FC's Flavio Frasquito quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 63rd minute, Delmiro Bartoli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jaguares FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 67 minutes into the game, Javier Ubarna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nouvelle Ére Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaguares FC the free kick. Eustaquio Sayvion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Bartoli in the 75th minute of the match. Henk Ellerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Haroldo Jenaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Jacobo Frisco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eustaquio Sayvion was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henk Ellerman during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th minute, Henk Ellerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Jaguares FC booed when Nouvelle Ére Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Jakobe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaguares FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
