Abel Bizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Liher struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Rafael Danel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mugueta FC. After having played for 8 minutes, Sydney Soeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres De Cordoba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sydney Soeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute, Abel Bizi made a precise shot to the right of Zacarias Semeno. Mugueta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Benito Solustiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Asteri hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Zacarias Semeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Bizi, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Honorio Liher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Danel having to interfere. Santiago Charro hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Rafael Danel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Liher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Venancio Pacorro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Danel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Honorio Liher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorio Liher stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, one of Talleres De Cordoba:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Talleres De Cordoba. Anastasio Chuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Mugueta FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anastasio Chuse fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mugueta FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Abel Bizi scored to the left of an out of position Zacarias Semeno, making the score, 2-2. Zacarias Semeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Chuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Benito Solustiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Bizi struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Benito Solustiano kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Benito Solustiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zacarias Semeno was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. When Anastasio Chuse came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Talleres De Cordoba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasio Chuse couldn't finish the play. Talleres De Cordoba's Abel Bizi got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Danel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Liher in the 95th minute of play. The Talleres De Cordoba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
